Drawing - Foundations of Perspective w/ Marty Woodall

Ages: 10+ Years
Time: 4PM - 5PM
Cost: $60 per student

Foundations of Perspective is a beginner-friendly drawing series designed to introduce students to the essential principles of creating depth and space on a two-dimensional surface. Through guided instruction and hands-on exercises, participants will explore fundamental concepts such as the horizon line, vanishing points, one-point and two-point perspective, and the relationship between objects in space.

Students will build confidence in constructing believable interiors, buildings, landscapes, and everyday objects while developing a stronger understanding of spatial drawing. This series is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to strengthen their foundational drawing skills.

No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to see the world from a new perspective.

"I have been involved in Art from a very early age, with many in my family into art . I was involved with a special program at The Kendall Gallery in my home town starting at age 10 and through my school years. I also studied under Monduro Díaz in the Azores,Portugal in the mid 1970’s. I began seriously painting again in 2021 after I retired from “the real world” and have won numerous awards since that time." -Marty Woodall
