2025 - SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL

VENDOR APPLICATION

Registration ends on 11/21/2025

Fees:
$50 for Individuals, Schools, Churches & Non-profits
$75 for Commercial vendors without electricity
$100 for Commercial vendors with electricity
* If you need more than one booth space, you must register twice.

Booth Description: (Ex: arts/crafts/jewelry/clothes/makeup/baked goods/etc.)
Describe your products in detail.

BOOTH SIZE IS 12’ x 12’

Rules/Requirements:
• Vendor booth set up: Friday, December 5, from 2 – 5 PM.
Saturday, December 6, arrive no earlier than 6 AM.
• Vendor applications are due before November 21, 2025.
• Vendors must be in the park and set up with their vehicle removed from park premises no later than 8:30 AM.
• Vendors must be present until 4:00 PM when the festival ends and crowds have dissipated for the safety of the public.
• All food vendors must meet Health Department Requirements.
• Vendors are responsible for reporting and paying all sales taxes that are due and required.
• All means of display must be provided by the exhibitor (tables, chairs, heavy-duty electrical cords, etc.). A tent or cover should be brought in case of rain or extreme cold, this is a rain-or-shine event.
• We encourage you to use our electricity. We provide 50, 30, and 20-amp service. If you require a generator it must be a quiet generator under 60 dB for your electrical needs.
I have read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them and other regulations established by the City of Millbrook. I understand I will not be allowed to set up my booth if the products sold are not listed above, or a city representative believes items are inappropriate for the event. I will not hold the City of Millbrook, its organizers, sponsors, supervisors, or participants responsible for accidents that occur. I permit the City of Millbrook to use photographs or videos in print materials, social media, or website for promotional purposes. I further understand that these images will not be given away, sold, or otherwise disbursed other than for promotional purposes with the City of Millbrook.
